1.1 Procesdures of Teaching.
First, I enter the classroom, welcome the students and introduce myself. Before starting the lesson. The atmosphere is very comfortable and natural, which helps me not to be stressed. not feel nervous like before. before starting the lesson, I let the students warm up with some dance moves, which helps the students to be active, happy and interested in learning. then I introduce the new lesson to the students. Then, during the lesson, I ask the students to work in groups and report their results. they will receive candy for the correct results. Finally, I let the students review the lesson by giving them questions to answer on the projector and they raise their hands to speak, the reward for the correct answer is candy.
1.2 Time management and activity organization.
In class, I spend 10 minutes taking attendance and doing warm-up activities, 10 minutes explaining the new topic, 15 minutes dividing students into groups to discuss the content, 5 minutes reviewing and closing the class.
I learned a few more words in Bahasa. The students were happy and excited to hear me speak Bahasa.
The biggest problem I think is the language difference. There were times when I cried after class because of my helplessness, but I tried to complete my tasks. I always pay special attention to my students because I was afraid that they would not understand my requests because I used English. I was very happy to receive help from my Buddy friends, they helped me translate into Indonesian for the students.
1.4. Problem-solving while teaching
In the classroom i often pay attention to students to observe if they encounter any problems. This helps us respond quickly to unexpected situations.
